1. Agreement

By using primefieldagro.in you agree to these terms. If you do not, please leave the site and do not send an order. The firm is a partnership registered as an MSME (Udyam WB-08-0154446) and holds trade licence HMC/W33/342231/26.

2. What we sell

We sell physical agriculture products: seeds, soil and compost, crop nutrition, crop-care goods, tools, irrigation parts, pantry produce, and material kits. Photographs show the kind of good. Colour, grain, and pack presentation can vary with the lot. We do not sell digital products. Kits are materials for you to assemble. We do not include installation as part of the price.

Seed, oil, honey, gur, and fertiliser results depend on season, soil, storage, and how you use them. We do not promise a yield, a germination rate, or a laboratory grade.

3. Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown as a range across pack sizes. The amount in your cart is the pack you selected. It can still change if the lot changes before we confirm. Market rate, weight, and delivery PIN code can move the final figure. We tell you the figure before we pack. A larger quantity than the listed packs is priced only after you ask for a quote.

4. Orders and payment

Checkout is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if a pack is finished. Accepted ways to pay, once we confirm, are:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• UPI
• Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS)

We do not take card payment on this website. Nothing is dispatched until the order is confirmed with you.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery times are estimates. Read the Shipping Policy and the Refund Policy. Risk of ordinary courier delay sits with the carrier once we have handed over a correctly addressed parcel. If we cannot complete delivery because of a failure on our side, we refund the goods.

6. Using the site

The words, layout, and photographs on this site belong to Primefield Agro or are used with permission. Do not copy the catalog into another shop front. Do not misuse the forms to send unrelated bulk mail.

7. Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for a product you bought from us is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost crops, or delays outside our control.

8. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah, West Bengal.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date on this page is the current version. An order already confirmed keeps the terms that applied when we confirmed it.
