Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to PIN codes across India. Towns and cities on main courier routes are straightforward. Remote and island addresses can take longer, and a few PIN codes are refused by couriers. If we cannot serve a PIN code, we say so before you pay.

2. How long it takes

After you accept our confirmation, we pack within 24–48 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Transit after pickup is usually:

These are estimates. Weather, festivals, and courier load can add time. Bulky kits such as the polyhouse starter or a 40 kg compost sack may move as a surface consignment and sit at the longer end.

3. Charges

The shipping charge depends on weight, size, and PIN code. As a guide:

• Small packs inside West Bengal are often ₹60–₹180
• Similar packs to other states are often ₹120–₹350
• Sacks, sprayers, and kits are quoted from actual weight

We tell you the figure before dispatch. Cash on delivery is available. Any courier COD fee, if the carrier charges one, is included in that confirmation rather than added silently later.

4. Tracking

When the courier picks up, we send the tracking number by email or SMS. You can also use the Track order page with your reference. Real-time scans live on the courier’s own site. Our page shows the order you placed on this device and lets you ask the desk for an update.

5. Attempts and damage

Couriers usually try more than once. If you miss them, the parcel may wait at a local office and then return to us. Tell us if the address needs a landmark; Shibpur lanes often do.

If the carton is crushed or wet, note it on delivery and photograph it. Write to primefieldagro48@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will replace or refund under the refund policy.
